Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal: You have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason.

Cancellation after the withdrawal period: After the 14-day period, you may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing date.

Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of placing the order, as we process and dispatch the letters within 48 hours.
