Shipping policy

We ship our letters via Deutsche Post/DHL as "Kompaktbrief" (compact letters). Shipping is free for you. Delivery within Germany typically takes 1–3 business days. Delivery to other European countries takes longer.

Please note that "Kompaktbrief" shipments do not include tracking.
