With which letter does the order start?

Every new subscriber starts with letter 1.
What do I do if I don't like the story?

If you find while reading your first letter that the story isn't to your liking, that is of course no problem. You have a 14-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of delivery.
Do I need to cancel?

You can cancel the monthly subscription in your customer account any time before the next billing date. Unless cancelled, it automatically renews for another month.

The annual payment is a one-time payment and does not require cancellation.
When will I receive my letter?

We ship the letters within 48 hours of the order. Delivery within Germany generally takes 1–3 business days.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Europe is free for you.
What happens if my letter doesn't arrive?

Unfortunately, this can happen occasionally. Just drop us a line at support@papiergefluester.club, and we’ll find a solution together. You won’t be left without mail.
Can I give the subscription as a gift?
